You should automatically receive the update, but you can also download it from. However, it's *not* OK to sync Outlook to Google Calendar using a third-party app while also using Google Calendar Sync. For example, it's OK to sync Google Calendar with Lightning calendar. You should no longer experience problems if you have third-party sync apps installed so long as they aren't syncing between Outlook and Google Calendar. Issues with third-party sync applications and Google Calendar (duplicate events, deleted data, etc.). Events not syncing from Outlook to Google Calendar when the email address used for Outlook isn't the same as your Google Account email address. Events end up in Outlook's "Deleted items" folder.
